Program implementation cannot be carried out optimally without support and good communication from various parties as well as strong social capital in each region. Therefore, there is a need for synergy and cooperation between ministries, the private sector, local government and the community. With a research focus on the City of Surakarta, a Child Friendly City (KLA) with the Main title six times in a row since 2016, and is currently in the process of becoming a World Child Friendly City. The aim of this research is to determine the communication network built between institutions in realizing child-friendly education in Surakarta. What social capital is used to support organizational communication in realizing child-friendly education in Surakarta and knowing the impact of organizational communication in realizing child-friendly education in Surakarta for the institutions involved. This research methodology uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and document study. The research results show that UNICEF as the initiator encourages the leading sector to build a partnership network to create Child Friendly Schools (SRA) with more dominant organizational communication, formally based on the concept of dependency, openness, synergy and occurring in all directions. Policy, evaluation, program control, early learning of character, ethics or morals as social capital and supported by efforts to strengthen organizational resources. This phenomenon can be attributed to the profound socio-religious influence of Habaib within Indonesian Muslim society. habaib is frequently regarded not only as a descendant of the Prophet Muhammad, but also as a moral and spiritual authority. This perspective prompts inquiries into the mechanisms through which cultural hegemony can be established by means of religious practices that are transmitted across generations. The present study aims to critically examine how Habaib religious practices, such as maulid, haul, and pilgrimage, act as tools of hegemony within the framework of civil and political society as understood by Gramsci. The methodological approach employed in this study is a qualitative one, incorporating a library research method, with a focus on the analysis of primary and secondary sources pertinent to the theoretical framework of hegemony and the historical context of Habaib. The results of this study demonstrate two significant conclusions. Firstly, Habaib religious practices function as a means of consensus building through symbolic domination in civil society. Secondly, Habaib's position as traditional intellectuals enables them to maintain cultural domination without the use of coercive power. Traffic crimes resulting from recklessness have different legal implications in each country, particularly regarding the elements of fault, the form of criminal liability, and the sanctions applied. This article aims to compare the criminal law regulations regarding recklessness in traffic crimes between Indonesia and several other countries, specifically to identify differences in concepts, legal application, and the effectiveness of law enforcement. The research method used is normative juridical with a comparative legal approach, through analysis. legislation, legal doctrine, and related court decisions. The results of the study show that Indonesia regulates reckless acts in traffic accidents through Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation with a focus on the element of negligence resulting in injury or death, while several other countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States and Germany apply the concept of recklessness as a low-level intention (culpable risk taking) with heavier criminal sanctions and stricter legal proof. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review of the Qur'an, Hadith, and classical fiqh sources.</em><em> The research highlights two main types of riba: riba nasi’ah and riba fadhl. Riba nasi’ah was commonly practiced during the pre-Islamic era and involves additional interest due to delayed payment. Meanwhile, riba fadhl refers to the exchange of similar goods in unequal quantities. Learning to read the Qur'an is a fumdamental aspect in Islamic religious education which is often faced with various obstacles such as low ability of students to recognize hijaiyah letters and weak understanding of tajweed. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the study show the importance of the role of teachers as facilitators in applying innovative methods such as Iqra', Wafa, and Tartil to help students overcome difficulties in reading. In addition, parental involvement in supporting the learning process at home is also a crucial factor. The findings indicate that the personality competence of PAI teachers is crucial in supporting the learning process and shaping students' character. This competence encompasses noble character, emotional stability, and the ability to serve as a role model. Government regulations emphasize that PAI teachers must embody traits that reflect Islamic values, including dedication and discipline in fulfilling their duties. A positive teacher personality can prevent bullying in schools by creating an inclusive and supportive environment. PAI teachers act as mediators, counselors, and guides in addressing bullying behavior while teaching moral values that emphasize empathy and tolerance. This study critically evaluates the effectiveness of UN interventions in resolving the Kashmir dispute, highlighting the geopolitical constraints and internal resistance that limit the implementation of resolutions. Originally, this research expands the analytical framework by integrating the perspective of contemporary Islamic studies as both a theoretical and practical lens. We argue that Islamic principles founded on justice, peace, consultation (syura), and reconciliation offer a conflict resolution paradigm that has not been extensively explored in the Kashmir context. Initial findings suggest that while the UN faces structural challenges, integrating an Islamic approach one that emphasizes consensus building and substantive justice can provide novelty and essential depth in formulating sustainable solutions. The investigation revealed that the majority of current methods for AI integration in education mostly emphasize technical and practical dimensions, neglecting the ethical and epistemological factors crucial to Islamic pedagogy.&nbsp; The results demonstrate that Abdullah's framework offers a thorough basis for integrating technical innovation with the spiritual, ethical, and intellectual aspects of knowledge. Wonogiri Regency, as part of the regional government system, has a constitutional obligation to integrate gender perspectives and the best interests of children into every regional policy. This article aims to analyze the implementation of gender mainstreaming and child protection in Wonogiri Regency regional policies from the perspective of Constitutional Law, and to identify their conformity with the principles of the rule of law, regional autonomy, and the protection of human rights. The research method used is normative legal research with a legislative approach and a conceptual approach. Data were obtained through a literature review of relevant laws and regulations, legal doctrines, and regional policies. The results of the study indicate that gender mainstreaming and child protection in Wonogiri Regency have normatively obtained an adequate legal basis, both at the national and regional levels, but in practice still face various obstacles, including weak coordination between regional agencies, budget constraints, and the suboptimal integration of gender and child protection principles in policy formulation and implementation. Pemahaman yang benar terhadap hukum-hukum tersebut tidak hanya menjadi pedoman dalam menjalani kehidupan sesuai syariat, tetapi juga turut andil dalam membentuk masyarakat yang lebih jujur, adil dan beretika dalam berbagai aspek terutama dalam hubungan muamalah atau sosial ekonomi. The findings indicate that each method has a distinct approach: Tahlili offers a detailed and in-depth interpretation of the Qur'anic text, while Ijmali provides a broader and more general understanding. Muqaran allows for a comparative analysis between different exegeses, while Maudhu'i focuses on thematic exegesis, offering a comprehensive view of specific topics in the Qur'an. This effort aims to ensure the community understands village programs and receives comprehensive information, not just through word of mouth. This raises the need to analyze the effectiveness of an integrated and sustainable literacy model. This study aims to analyze the comprehensive implementation of the PELITA EMAS (Literacy Education and Community Education) Program in improving community literacy in Slogoretno Village. Specifically, this study aims to analyze how literacy innovations are disseminated and accepted using the Diffusion of Innovation Theory framework. The analysis uses the Diffusion of Innovation Theory (Everett Rogers), focusing on five innovation attributes (relative advantage, compatibility, etc.) and the role of communication channels. The method used is qualitative. Data were collected through interviews and observations with the Village Fund implementation team and the community as innovation adopters.The research results show that PELITA EMAS has successfully disseminated four main literacy innovations: Science Literacy (cocoa grafting training to produce superior seeds), Financial Literacy (early savings training for PAUD and MSME management), Digital Literacy (socialization of Digital Population Identity/IKD), and Reading Literacy (development of digital libraries and TPA/TPQ). In the digital era marked by hyperreality, social media has evolved beyond a platform for interaction to become a space of symbolic production and consumption. Representations in digital content often replace reality itself, constructing idealized and aestheticized images driven by algorithmic appeal.</em></p> <p><em>Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and case study method, this research observes several popular TikTok contents in Indonesia, focusing on self-branding, daily life aesthetics, and cultural challenges. The findings reveal that most of the content represents simulations of life that emphasize visual impact over authentic representation. Personal identity, cultural elements, and even private emotions are transformed into digital commodities with social and economic value manifested through likes, comments, followers, and potential endorsements.</em></p> <p><em>The study concludes that TikTok serves as a site for the construction of new meanings where social reality is increasingly redefined through symbolic consumption. Rather than reflecting genuine life experiences, digital content tends to follow trends and visuals that satisfy the logic of visibility and viral appeal. Kurikulum PAI tradisional umumnya lebih fokus pada aspek kognitif dan belum sepenuhnya mengintegrasikan penggunaan teknologi digital sebagai sarana pembelajaran karakter yang interaktif.</p> <p>Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI, dan focus group discussion dengan pakar kurikulum, praktisi pendidikan karakter, serta ahli literasi digital.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model desain kurikulum PAI integratif yang dikembangkan memiliki empat komponen utama, yaitu: (1) rumusan capaian pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi karakter religius dan literasi digital; (2) integrasi materi ajar yang memadukan konten nilai-nilai akhlak dengan praktik penggunaan media digital secara bijak; (3) strategi pembelajaran interaktif berbasis blended learning; dan (4) evaluasi autentik yang mengukur pencapaian karakter dan keterampilan digital secara simultan.</p> <p>Implementasi model ini pada uji coba terbatas di sekolah menengah pertama menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai nilai-nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan toleransi, sekaligus meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital dalam mencari, mengelola, dan memproduksi konten pembelajaran agama secara positif. Selain itu, guru merasa terbantu dengan adanya panduan pengembangan materi dan media pembelajaran digital yang terstruktur.</p> <p>Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa desain kurikulum PAI integratif mampu memberikan alternatif inovasi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan karakteristik generasi digital native. Using a qualitative approach with the&nbsp;muqāranah&nbsp;(comparative) method and content analysis, this research examines methodological aspects and substantive interpretations of three key verses: Q.S. Yunus [10]: 100 (reason), Q.S. An-Nisa' [4]: 59 (politics), and Q.S. An-Nisa' [4]: 34 (family). The findings reveal that despite sharing a basic style, the two commentaries exhibit systematic divergence. Al-Manar, dominated by&nbsp;bil ra'yi&nbsp;(70%) and an&nbsp;Islahi-Siyasi&nbsp;(Reformist-Political) tendency, produces transformative and polemical responses. In contrast, Al-Maraghi, dominated by&nbsp;bil ma'tsur&nbsp;(60%) and a&nbsp;Tarbawi-Ilmi&nbsp;(Educational-Scientific) tendency, produces stabilizing-educative responses. This study concludes that the primary&nbsp;'illat al-ikhtilaf&nbsp;lies in the interaction between the&nbsp;Tsaqofah al-Mufassirin&nbsp;(the intellectual-institutional framework of the exegetes) and their historical context. Al-Manar, a product of&nbsp;Salafi-Activist Tsaqofah&nbsp;in the Early Modern era, advocates for&nbsp;transformative-political tajdid (renewal). This study conducts a comparative analysis of intellectual responses by key figures in both countries to this knowledge hegemony. In Indonesia, Nurcholish Madjid and Abdurrahman Wahid employed critical accommodation strategies by Islamizing values of democracy and pluralism. Azyumardi Azra engaged in epistemic negotiation by reconstructing historical networks of ulama to reject the “peripheral Islam” narrative. In Malaysia, Chandra Muzaffar negotiated critiques of Western bias in human rights discourse, while Syed Naquib al-Attas promoted radical epistemic resistance through the Islamization of knowledge based on adab and tawhid. Haedar Nashir in Indonesia rejected the “moderate vs radical” categorization as a neo-Orientalist project. The analysis reveals that Malay Islam is not anti-modernity but actively Islamizes modernity. Differences in strategies reflect national contexts, yet their synthesis forms an alternative civilization model that is tolerant and cosmopolitan. This research proposes a decolonization model for Malay Islamic knowledge that integrates accommodation, negotiation, and resistance for an independent scholarly future.
