Tujuan penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana peran Penyuluh Agama Islam Non PNS dalam upaya membina keluarga sakinah di Kecamatan Jatipurno Kabupaten Wonogiri. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif analisis. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Dari penelitian ini dapat dikemukakan bahwa Penyuluh Agama Islam Non PNS Kecamatan Jatipurno memiliki peran yang cukup signifikan dalam upaya membina keluarga sakinah yang diharapkan dapat membantu menurunkan angka perceraian di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru-guru pengajar dan observasi pada proses pengajaran talaqqi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode talaqqi sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kefasihan bacaan murid, terutama dalam hal tajwid dan makharijul huruf. Murid yang terlibat dalam metode ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kepercayaan diri dan ketepatan dalam membaca Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas PBL dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai Akidah Akhlak pada siswa kelas IX MTsN 4 Sragen, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru dan survei terhadap 248 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa (86,3%) merasa paham terhadap materi Akidah Akhlak yang diajarkan menggunakan PBL, sementara 13,7% siswa mengalami kesulitan. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan PBL meliputi keterlibatan aktif siswa dan penggunaan studi kasus yang relevan, sementara hambatan utamanya adalah kesiapan siswa yang bervariasi serta keterbatasan sumber daya belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan berfikir kritis memiliki pengaruh postif namun tidak signifikan terhadap etika bermedia sosial pada remaja. Di sisi lain, kecerdasan emosional dan kedekaran orang tua memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etika bermedia sosial. The aim of the research is to train students' critical thinking through the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. Research data was obtained from two cycles of classroom action research (PTK) in class IV of SDN 2 Sidorejo Madiun with 12 students. Data collection was obtained from LKPD guidance scores and cognitive scores in the form of pre-test and post-test for two cycles. The results of the LKPD scores were tested with Wilcoxon and the cognitive scores were tested with N gain. The LKPD scores from both cycles increased with test results of 0.02 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence of the learning approach applied on improving students' critical thinking skills. Critical thinking indicators include interpretation, analysis and inference in the high category with mean values of 78.75 and 69 respectively. The N gain test on the cognitive value of cycle 1 is in the high category and cycle 2 is in the medium category. Students' cognitive scores from cycle 1 to cycle 2 increased by 8%. According to several Muslim scholars, including Sharif Hatim al-Auni, there has been a distortion of the scientific knowledge of hadith between these two phases. This is because the mutaqadimin phase represents the application (marhalah tatbiq) of the science of hadith, while the muta'akhkhirin phase represents the theoretical (marhalah tandhir) aspect. As a result, the theories (tandhir) of the muta'akhkhirin scholars often fail to accommodate the practical applications (tatbiq) of the scholars in the mutaqadimin phase. This research aims to explain one example of this distortion, namely in the issue of 'ilal (hidden defects) in hadith. Using library research by collecting relevant data, this study concludes that there is a distortion in the interpretation of 'illat (hidden defect). The research employs normative or dogmatic legal methods, focusing on the analysis of primary legal materials such as the Qur'an, Hadith, Marriage Law, and Constitutional Court decisions, along with secondary legal materials including scholarly literature and supporting documents. The findings reveal fundamental differences in the recognition of the rights of illegitimate children between the two legal systems. Islamic law limits lineage and inheritance rights to the mother, whereas positive law provides opportunities for recognizing civil relationships with the biological father. The social implications of this status include stigma, discrimination, and limited access to basic rights. Based on the results of the study, it shows that forced marriage in Indonesia violates women's freedom to choose their partner. This research uses the literature study method, collecting data from various sources, including books, papers, articles, journals and previous research. The results show that although the Full Day School system can improve learning concentration and supervision of students, there is a negative impact in the form of reduced play time outside of school, which has the potential to hinder the development of children's social and emotional skills. Traditional games that were previously an important part of children's lives are now replaced with modern games or what are commonly called online games just to refresh for a moment. With the full day school system that drains time in children's learning, children are now unable to do activities outside of school, thus reducing children's opportunities to interact directly with their environment. Thrifting is great demand by people of all ages. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the practice of buying and selling used clothes (thrift) and how Islamic law views the buying and selling of used clothes (thrift) in Purwokerto City. Type of research methodology that used is field research in which researchers conduct direct research on thrift store in Purwokerto, such as Kayanaku.idn and Lucianz Sneakers. The data source used is primary data consisting of important information such as written notes from observations, interviews, and documentation obtained directly from respondents, and secondary data that is additional obtained from books, internet, research reports and scientific journals that have relevance with this research. The theory used in this study is the uncertainty reduction theory pioneered by Charles Berger and Richard Calabrese, using a qualitative case study design method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with 7 informants using purposive sampling. This study produced information that new shigar students in the Al-Azhar building experienced communication uncertainty, which they experienced was cognitive uncertainty such as imagining violence in the boarding school, imagining difficult boarding school lessons, differences between teachers in the boarding school and teachers outside. In addition, the students experienced behavioral uncertainty, thinking that all friends in the boarding school would be kind and caring, thinking that in the boarding school they were free to use Indonesian, and having difficulty adapting to the discipline of the boarding school. To reduce communication uncertainty, sighar students used strategies, namely passive, active, and interactive strategies. Passive strategies are carried out by observing friendly friends, observing friends who are not emotional, observing homeroom teachers and teachers in the class. Active strategies are used by searching for information on Islamic boarding schools in BIMAGO, asking for information on Islamic boarding schools to ustadz in PRIMAGO, asking for solutions to each problem to administrators and teachers. The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of grade 1 of students at Sekolah dasar Negeri Sidorejo 02 Madiun Regency in mathematics learning through the use of counting box media. This research is a study that uses the classroom action research method. This research design refres to the classroom action research design model of Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart design consists of two cycles and each cycle concists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. This classroom action research was carried out at SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI Sidorejo 02, Wunggu District, Madiun Regency. The subjects of classroom action research consistes of all 10 class 1 students. This research was carried out over two cycles. Each cycle action includes planning, implementation, observation, dan reflection. Data collection techniques in this classroom action research use observation methods and written tests. The results of the research show that student learning outcomes have increased. Proven by an increase in student learning outcomes. In cycle I, learning completeness was 70% and increased in cycle II to 90%. Departing from the reality of a pluralistic society that is prone to conflict. However, it is different from Karya Mulya Village. The existence of diversity between religious communities has made Karya Mulya Village a harmony conscious village because the people are aware of differences and have a high attitude of tolerance between religious communities. Using Putnam's concept of social capital as an analytical tool to determine success in inter-religious harmony in Karya Mulya Village, Prabumulih City. This research uses qualitative research with field research to find out directly the harmony that exists in Karya Mulya Village. The results of the research show that the social capital in achieving harmony in Karya Mulya Village is that tolerance is an agreed norm within the community considering that Karya Mulya is a village with high religious diversity. There is coordination and communication between communities which can foster mutual trust between fellow community members. Trust has positive implications in social life. The results of the study show that the problem of da’wah has been inherent is the Islamic movement since the prophetic era. Even so, it does not erase the obligation of Muslim to preach according to their abilities. Therefore, despite facing various tests and challenges inherent in the development of Islam, both in the form of traditional and modern movements. For someone who wants to be involved in da’wah activities with the aim of encouraging goodness, it is important to adapt it to their abilities and capacities.
